For several years, the National Charrette Institute has partnered with the University of Miami School of Architecture to bring the NCI Charrette System certificate training to both the public and its students in the Master of Real Estate Development + Urbanism program.
We are excited to announce the next round of training in Miami, FL, this March! This training represents a collaborative project management system centered on the co-design process using charrettes.
This 2.5-day course includes project assessment tools for gauging the length and cost of a charrette using a project budget alongside political considerations and design difficulty. Also included in the case study-based training are conflict resolution tools, and high- and low-tech tools for stakeholder engagement and managing public meetings.
